Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
Not here. This quote tool collects just six pieces of information: your gender, birth date, general health assessment, tobacco status, desired coverage amount, and preferred term. That's sufficient for quotes. Personal details—name, address, phone—only enter if you decide to submit an application.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
They represent what carriers are quoting today for the health category you chose. Underwriting—performed by each carrier—might confirm, boost, or adjust that tier, which changes your final premium. These quotes are estimates, not binding offers or price guarantees.
What happens when I click Apply?
You select your preferred carrier and move into their application—it's pre-populated with your answers from here. The carriers' platform handles the rest. You can stop, leave, and restart whenever. Signing happens electronically. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, facilitates everything.
Will I need a medical exam?
That depends on the carrier, the amount you request, and your specific circumstances. Accelerated decisions are standard now for many carriers—no exam needed for many applicants. Each quote indicates whether the carrier plans an exam, might order one, or skips it entirely for that particular product.
Is a longer term better?
It depends on your life stage. Terms protect the years you're most vulnerable: a mortgage to pay, kids to raise, a business to run. A 20-year or 30-year option locks in the premium and covers the decades of maximum need. The tool lets you compare all lengths—10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years—side by side at every rate.
Does this site sell my information?
Absolutely not. This tool doesn't capture names or emails for quotes. We keep no visitor database, sell no data, and use no tracking cookies. Visit our privacy page for the complete rundown of what we collect and from whom.
